ReelNotes is an AI-powered service that processes Instagram Reel URLs to generate summaries, transcriptions, and tags. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze video content and extract meaningful insights.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Process content that you do not have the right to access or share
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the Service

  • Instagram Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any Instagram content.
  • Our Service: ReelNotes and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • AI-Generated Content: Summaries and tags generated by our AI are provided for your personal or business use.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free Tier: Limited features requiring your own API keys.
  • Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • Usage Limits: Each plan has monthly processing limits that reset on your billing date.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans.
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. API Keys (Free Tier)

If you use the free tier with your own API keys:

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
  • You must comply with the terms of service of the API providers (RapidAPI, Google)
  • We are not responsible for charges incurred on your API accounts
  • Your API keys are stored securely but you use them at your own risk

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated summaries
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The security of data transmitted through the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
