API keys are credentials that allow our service to access Instagram content and AI processing. Free tier users need to provide their own keys from RapidAPI and Google AI Studio. Paid plans include API access so you don't need to set up your own keys.

When you reach your monthly processing limit, you won't be able to process new reels until your usage resets. You can upgrade your plan for higher limits or wait for the next billing cycle.
Your usage resets exactly one month from your account creation date. You can see your next reset date on the Analytics page.
No, ReelNotes can only process publicly accessible Instagram Reels. Private accounts or restricted content cannot be accessed by our service.
Our AI uses Google's Gemini model which provides high-quality summaries. However, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We recommend reviewing summaries for accuracy.
You can delete your account from the Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data including saved reels, summaries, and account information within 30 days.
